This is a picture of John Deluca and I which was taken at my studio in New Bedford, Massachusetts during the KEB (Kathy's Espresso Bar) Internet Martial Arts Conference (Summer `98). KEB is a Martial Arts message board/chat room on AOL hosted by KenpoKars who is the forum leader for Grandstand's Martial Arts Channel.

John is the chief instructor Tracy's Kenpo Karate located in Springfield, Massachusetts. It was a joy to work with John and do a comparative study of the Parker and Tracy Kenpo systems self defense techniques. He is a great Martial Artist, in incredible condition, and a shining example of the Tracy system. We have had many spirited discussions that have run the gamut from the history of Martial Arts, and Kenpo specifically, to basic "shop talk" about our Martial Arts studios.
